Ann's exposure to Asian culture and healing began with the study of Tai Ji Quan in Boston's Chinatown in the 1980s. Two years of teaching English at Beijing University of Science and Technology in Beijing, China brought her even closer to choosing Chinese Medicine for a life's career.
A graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture, she has completed a four-year program in acupuncture and herbal medicine, and currently holds an NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) Diplomate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Since 2002 she has maintained a private practice in the greater Cleveland area. After practicing part-time for five years at The Cleveland Clinic Center for Integrative Medicine, and then three years at University Hospitals’ Center for Women’s Health at Chagrin Highlands, Ann has chosen to devote all of her time to her private practice where she offers both acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, and Sasang constitutional dietary therapy.
